What is kunafa chocolate?

Kunafa (also spelled knafeh) is a Middle Eastern shredded pastry, toasted in ghee for its signature crunch. The viral Dubai chocolate bar made it famous: a chocolate shell filled with kunafa and pistachio cream. Our range keeps that crackle and goes further — eight flavours including Pistachio, Pistachio Dark, Hazelnut, Biskoto, Coffee, Strawberry, Mango and Orange.
